The drawing board, our in-house designers spring into action, crafting a preliminary sketch based on your room aspirations. We present this sketch to you for approval and provide a detailed breakdown of the project budget. Upon your approval, we proceed to Phase 3 – Approvals.
Involves enlisting the expertise of an architect or interior designer to meticulously capture all the details and ensure the full realization of your vision. Once we have your sign-off on the drawings and construction contract, we take the necessary steps to acquire permits from the relevant city jurisdiction or technical trade authorities.
Marks the commencement of the exciting journey. We initiate the demolition and site preparation while engaging the required technical trades to execute alterations in line with your desired space. Upholding the highest standards, we go above and beyond by having an Architect or Licensed Professional verify that the work meets or surpasses the requirements of the British Columbia building codes. Our meticulous approach prioritizes quality, fit, and finish. We pledge to prioritize public safety, health, and welfare, documenting any deviations transparently before commencing any work.
We guide you through our work, ensuring that every aspect meets trade standards. Should there be any defects or issues, we promptly address and rectify them. We hand over the areas we have worked on in the condition we would expect to receive them.
We furnish you with comprehensive final documents encompassing all aspects of the completed scope of work, specific permits obtained, and warranties for equipment and labor.
